Its blog day!

Hello fellow bloggers,

So its blog day and well this week has been full of hard decisions and complicated days.
So anyone who is a mum and has worked knows that it is hard every day to leave your little bundle of joy, and for me well it was getting even harder every day and Scarlet was getting more anxious with the people who was looking after her, so after what felt like a million pros and cons lists and financial list i came to the conclusion that i wasn't financially better off  and loosing more for something that wasn't really worth it. So I ave decided to stay home until scarlet is in school like I originally planned.

I also FINALLY went to the doctors to get some tablets for my depression and I have to say im glad that i took the plunge and went, I really am sick of this illness having a grip on me and i have to get a hold of it, I am going to see about counselling too because ive never tried it and i dont know if it can work for me, i never want to go to friends or family about my problems or worries because i feel that they have bigger problems then me and mine are insignificant.

Ok so crafty wise... Today I have done 4 projects yes that 4. I have completed a altered bottle for a swap that i am doing over at UKIrelandcraftswap facebook group, I have also done a shabby chic wall hanging again over at UKIrelandcraftswap facebook group and also I have done an altered canvas for Charlene who i did a personal goodies swap with and we decided to send the goodies first and then send a couple of homemade goodies in a seprate parcel :). And last but not least I have begun a Christmas mini that im not sure if i am going to put in a secret santa swap im doing or keep it for me and do something else for the SS swap. I have been on a role and have felt soooooo relaxed thanks to it and i cant wait to keep it going.

I think that is my week lol

Happy crafting and have a great week everybody :D

xoxo

  1. Hello My name is Lynn and I wanted to share some things with you but not sure I should do that for everyone to see or not.
Well ok here go's first off your problems are always important, weather they are small or large. Depression is not a thing to play with, you did the right thing by meds. I have suffered with depression for many many years I am on a disability for it here in the states. You always need someone to listen and I will be here if ever you want to chat. Im home pretty much 24/7 I am learning many new things through crafting and I love the UKIreland group all these ladies are so amazing. That was a big step staying home with your child and I think you will benefit from that, raising a child is a full job all by itself. Im no expert but if you ever wish to talk about anything Im here. Im a stranger to you but Im reaching out because I know first hand what it is like to be on a spiral downward and feel like its never going to stop.
Craft away it helps that helps me.
Well email me any time ok Many hugs from a new friend
